For those who’ve been waiting to make a decision about where to move in retirement, there’s never been a better time to consider Viamonte at Walnut Creek. Viamonte is now scheduling individual appointments in our guest ready and secure Community, where you can safely and privately explore available floor plans, walk through our model home and envision the Walnut Creek residence of your dreams.

Private appointments are available, consisting of one family or household and one sales counselor. We’re currently limiting the number of guests at the Community to 11 at any one time to allow for staff and visitors to easily maintain at least six-foot distance from one another during their visit.

Rest assured that all high-touch surfaces, common areas, and bathrooms are being sanitized regularly, and after every appointment. Additionally, face coverings, hand sanitizer, soap and water, and other disinfectants are available to both visitors and staff near the entrance of the Community.

To ensure the safety of our team members, guests and visitors, we ask that you please adhere to the following guidelines outlined below.

• Please avoid entering the Community if you have a cough, fever, or feel ill.
• Upon arrival, all staff and visitors are required to complete a wellness check.
• Face coverings are required by all staff and visitors while in the Community.
