Sequoia Living’s mission is to  provide homes and services for healthy and joyful aging for people of all cultures, races, ethnicities, genders, abilities, faiths, identities, backgrounds, and walks of life. While we may be a small voice in a very big conversation, we will step up, show up, and speak up.

We have long lived the values of inclusion. We will continue to listen, learn, and work together to end the prejudices that have had such devastating effects on society as well as the people we see each day in our communities and service locations. Whether they are a resident, a staff member, a contractor, or a customer, everyone is valued. Every person who walks through our doors enriches us.

We are committed to the health and safety of our staff and residents. Because of this staff may be required to undergo pre-employment drug testing, background screening, physical screening, TB tests, and Covid-19 tests. In addition, we strongly prefer that all staff receive annual vaccinations against communicable illnesses, including, but not limited to flu and Covid-19.
