About Us

After years of thoughtful planning, exacting design and painstaking construction, Viamonte at Walnut Creek is delighted to welcome its first generation of residents in late 2020. Although brand new, this visionary community is the product of over sixty years of experience. Our parent organization, Sequoia Living (previously Northern California Presbyterian Homes and Services), is a progressive nonprofit renowned for creating exceptional life experiences for older adults in and around the Bay Area.

Situated within The Orchards, a bustling multigenerational retail and dining center just minutes from downtown Walnut Creek, and within easy reach of all the incomparable resources of the Bay Area, Viamonte will enable its residents to remain fully engaged with the world around them. Yet thanks to its adjacent parklands shaded by mature live oaks, Viamonte will also provide a sanctuary where every conceivable amenity is at hand.
