From Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care and Short-term Rehabilitation to Assisted Living and Memory Care, you’ll find that our team of experienced and skilled caretakers are dedicated to ensuring you continue to live your best life. Some of our locations even offer services to nonresidents.

Our team will work closely with you and your family to ensure a timely hospital discharge or move-in. We accept Medicare, multiple health care plans and private pay. We are not participants in the Medi-Cal program.

SKILLED NURSING

Sequoia Living’s skilled nursing, recognized by U.S. News & World Report as High Performing, is also available to individuals outside our communities who need medical care following an illness, injury, surgery, or hospitalization. With Skilled Nursing, you receive professional medical care and steady support tailored to your needs.

Short-Term Rehabilitation plays a vital role in rebuilding strength and regaining independence after an acute hospital stay. Our award-winning Skilled Nursing teams serve those in need of focused rehabilitation, helping them move forward with confidence and return to living independently as soon as possible.
