A CONTINUUM OF CARE
At Sequoia Living, we provide Health Services to alleviate the challenges of every stage of life. From Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care and Short-term Rehabilitation to Assisted Living and Memory Care, you’ll find that our team of experienced and skilled caretakers are dedicated to ensuring you continue to live your best life. Some of our locations even offer services to nonresidents.
Our team will work closely with you and your family to ensure a timely hospital discharge or move-in. We accept Medicare, multiple health care plans and private pay. We are not participants in the Medi-Cal program.
Sequoia Living Health Services skilled nursing is available to non-Sequoia Living residents who need medical care following an illness, injury, surgery or hospitalization. With Skilled Nursing you have professional medical care and support. Short-Term Rehab is a critical part of recovering and developing independence after a stay in an acute hospital. We serve those in need of rehabilitation so they can get back to living independently as soon as possible.
Sequoia Living Health Services long-term care includes a wide range of medical and support services including: assistance with disabilities, custodial care, long-term rehabilitation after a hospital stay, a surgical procedure, illness or injury and end of life medical services.
The road to recovery begins at our door. Sometimes life presents medical challenges that necessitate long-term care. Our wide range of medical and support services include assistance with disabilities and custodial care, as well as long-term rehabilitation after a hospital stay, a surgical procedure, injury or illness. If end-of-life medical services are needed, we can provide hospice care, ensuring comfort during this most difficult time.
HOSPICE & RESPITE CARE
Sequoia Living Health Services offers a caring approach to terminal ill non-Sequoia Living residents. We also offer respite care for short-term stays.

We understand the physical and emotional challenges terminal illnesses present, and we will help you and your family navigate this chapter with the dignity you serve.
