Sequoia Living & Mercy Housing Partner on 1,000 Affordable Homes in Mission

Sequoia Living has partnered with Mercy Housing to develop San Francisco's largest new affordable housing project, announced in November 2022. This collaboration will create 130 senior units developed by Sequoia Living and 145 family units by Mercy Housing. The project is situated on a one-acre parcel at 3435 Cesar Chavez Street in the Mission, aiming to significantly expand affordable living options in the area.
