Our Leadership Team

Martha Atwood is the Chief Culture Officer, responsible for leading efforts in organizational culture cultivation, leadership growth, and team member engagement.  Under her leadership, Sequoia Living was named the ‘Best Workplace Culture’ and the winner of two National awards, HR Executive and Drive Culture Outcomes.  Martha holds a M.S. in Organizational Development and Human Resources from the University of San Francisco and a B.S. in Rehabilitation Services from Springfield College in Massachusetts. Martha has served on the Board of Directors for a variety of nonprofit organizations.

She finds joy in connections with others and plans to Never Stop Growing by finding awe in the adventures or new experiences.
