Elaine Liao
Vice President of Finance and Controller
Elaine brings over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and strategic planning, with a career spanning Fortune 100 companies and leading academic medical centers. She began her career at UCSF before advancing into senior finance roles at McKesson, UnitedHealth Group, Blue Shield of California, and Stanford Health Care.
Elaine holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Francisco State University and an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University. Her extensive background and strategic insight make her a key leader in driving financial stewardship and organizational performance.
