Our Leadership Team

Martha has over 25 years of human resources and labor relations experience in the long-term care and financial services industries. Martha currently serves as the Compliance, Privacy and Safety Officer. Martha holds an M.S. in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a B.S. in Rehabilitation Services and Psychology from Springfield College in Massachusetts. Ms. Atwood is nationally certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She is a member of Leading Age Human Resources Steering Committee, Society of Human Resource Management, and Northern California Human Resources Association.
