Saundra Haggerty brings a deep passion for community service and over a decade of experience in social services to her role as Director of the San Francisco Senior Center. A San Francisco native now living in Oakland, Saundra has held a variety of roles supporting diverse communities, including over six years at Glide, where she thrived in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.

She is known for fostering collaborative, equity-driven teams and brings expertise in program design, staff development, community outreach, and trauma-informed care. Saundra leads with integrity, compassion, and a commitment to inclusion, transparency, and continuous growth.
