Our Leadership Team

Michael brings a unique blend of healthcare technology expertise and senior living operational leadership to his role at Sequoia Living.

Prior to joining Sequoia Living, he served as Vice President of Healthcare Technology at Vayyar Imaging, delivering radar-based fall detection solutions to senior living communities. He was also CTO of Norway-based Dele Health, and previously spent a decade in senior living operations as COO and CIO for Jewish Senior Living Group and as COO for The Masons of California, where he led technology, communications, and member services.

Earlier in his career, Michael served as CIO for LesConcierges and the San Francisco Symphony. He is a respected voice in aging and health tech, frequently speaking at industry conferences and advising on digital health and Agetech innovation.

Mission-driven and community-minded, Michael volunteers with the San Francisco Tech Council, serves on the American Society on Aging’s Innovation & Social Impact Advisory Council, and is a certified Wilderness Rescue EMT with Contra Costa Search and Rescue.

While at Jewish Senior Living Group, he led a $150 million redevelopment of the San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living, including a 190-unit Assisted Living and Memory Care community and major upgrades to infrastructure and amenities across the historic campus.
