Our Leadership Team

Harold Ermshar brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across Life Plan Communities, CCRCs, and the full continuum of senior living. He is recognized for building positive relationships with residents and team members while leading strong operational outcomes.

Most recently, Harold served as Executive Director with Pacific Retirement Services, where he led the integration of a 210-unit Life Plan Community and achieved significant results, including reducing employee turnover by more than 20 percent, improving skilled nursing ratings, and opening a new memory support neighborhood. Previously, he served as Executive Director for Brazos Presbyterian Homes, where he increased independent living sales by 154 percent, led major campus enhancements, and guided the organization through the COVID-19 pandemic while maintaining strong performance.

Harold holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Adventist University with a focus on Long-Term Healthcare and is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. He is known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to mission-driven service.

Harold and his wife, Carrie, who has also worked in senior living for many years and currently provides education and consulting services to clients, have two adult children. In his spare time, Harold enjoys traveling, sports, computers, and reading, and enjoys spending time with his parents and siblings.
